Refund & cancellation policy

This policy explains how URL BOT paid subscriptions are billed, how to cancel at any time, and when refunds apply. Payments are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record.

Overview

URL BOT offers a free plan and paid subscription plans (Pro and Business). This policy applies to paid subscriptions purchased through our checkout. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders; Paddle handles customer payments, invoices, and applicable taxes.

Subscriptions & billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis — either monthly or annually, depending on the billing cycle you choose at checkout.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
  • Prices are shown on our pricing page in US dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout and are calculated and collected by Paddle.
  • The free plan is free of charge and never requires a payment method.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time. After cancelling, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period, and you will not be charged again. When the period ends, your account automatically moves to the free plan.

  • Cancel from your account, or contact us and we will cancel it for you.
  • Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not, by itself, trigger a refund for the current period.
  • Your links and analytics remain accessible under the free plan, subject to free-plan limits.

Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with URL BOT. If a paid plan is not right for you, the following applies:

  • 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are a first-time subscriber, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
  • Renewals. Recurring renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but if you were charged unexpectedly, contact us within 14 days of the renewal and we will review your request in good faith.
  • Service issues. If a prolonged, verified outage or a billing error affected you, we will provide a pro-rated refund or account credit.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Paddle. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
Refunds are processed by Paddle.

Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, approved refunds are returned by Paddle to the payment method used at checkout. We authorize the refund; Paddle completes it.

How to request a refund or cancel

Email us with the address on your account and, if possible, your Paddle order or invoice number so we can locate the payment quickly. We aim to respond within three business days.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we can usually resolve billing issues faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of the associated account while the dispute is investigated.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and the updated policy applies to purchases made after it is posted. This policy is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
